Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the item within 15 days. Just make sure it is in the same condition and packaging as when you bought it, and we will happily exchange it.

Manufacturer Warranty for Sunglasses and Glasses

The Lens Vault offers a six-month warranty from the date you buy the item. This covers issues like peeling or corrosion of lenses or frames. If you return a defective pair, we will inspect them, and depending on the outcome, we will repair or replace them. Manufacturers’ defects mean flaws or defects arising from the manufacturing process. Normal wear and tear, accidental damage from handling or improper use are not covered.

To claim the warranty, all parts of the product must be returned. If anything is missing, the warranty will not apply.
If you alter the product, the warranty will be void.

Online Store Return Policy

If you bought something from our online store and need to return it, this policy is here to help. It works with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and other laws.

How to Return:

  • You can return items via courier to our online store.

  • Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of purchase.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service because you are responsible for the return until it is received by The Lens Vault.

Conditions for Online Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, we will either refund or exchange the item as long as:

  • You return it within 15 days of purchase.

  • You provide the original receipt.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • All tags and labels are still attached.

  • You include the return form with your item.

If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Important: We do not accept bank statements or proof of payment as proof of purchase.

Exclusions:
Prescription lenses can not be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons and because they are custom made just for you.

The Lens Vault is not an optometry practice and does not provide eye exams or optical services. We are powered by Specs & Co, a registered optometry practice to sell stylish eyewear with prescription lenses based on the prescription you provide. Our glasses are designed to help you see clearly and comfortably, but they are not a substitute for professional eye care.

Our lenses are made according to the prescription from your optometrist. We do not do eye exams or provide optical diagnoses, so please consult your optometrist if you have any vision concerns.
